Local Salvation Army got closed down due to dishonesty. I wouldn’t give them anything regardless. They help to destroy a kids life’s by taking sides, where I am these people are duty bound to report any allegations to police who then notify child services and any other applicable services. You would not know how underhanded these people are unless you have been through it. Completely sexist and often they are harbouring the real abusers and set out a path where the children are stuck with an abusive mother.

Unfortunately, the Salvation Army is the only place around me that I can donate my old clothes to that wont just put them on a shelf and resell them. I am extremely morally opposed to giving my clothes to Goodwill because I dont like the idea of someone making free money off of my stuff. That just sounds crooked and criminal.

At least the Salvation Army would give my clothes to people who need them. I also have a few stuffed toys that I want to donate. I am also morally opposed to groups who only help women such as Branches. Women get so much free stuff in this day and age, I dont want my clothes to be yet another thing they just get handed to them.

They would be quite happy for homosexuality to be illegal again and be the kind of organisation to refuse service to homos using religious freedom laws if was legal
