Are you involved with a woman bent on revenge or trying to keep your child from you at all costs? Did you some now associate with a woman that has severe mental illness? Did you get caught in a love triangle with another mans wife/girlfriend and she decided to claim road instead of taking responsibility for her actions? Do you have significant financial resources that are viewed by someone as a way to extort your money? Did you have consensual sex with someone that later regretted the interaction? Were you intoxicated with a person who was also intoxicated but because you were both unable to consent but the law only acknowledges women as victims?

And there are literally guys who have been accused who when the incident happened, they were on camera and it showed them halfway across the fucking room, but it still happened.

Accusing people falsely of a crime...is a crime, but it is rarely if ever treated as such when it comes to false accusations of rape or sexual assault.
