My firm in Missouri advised me that if my wife intends to take our baby girl to Minnesota from Missouri to live with her in her boy friends house that no judge in our county would grant her custody. They advised that I could easily gain full custody, legal and physical, and it would be easy.

My ex had 7 cps cases against her with the child removed from the home, different child 17 years ago. She lost custody of her second child who is 9, they have joint custody, but the father is in control and has her most of the year.

Now fast forward to my case. My daughter is almost 2 in about 2 months. My wife has epilepsy and narcolepsy. She lost her first kid to cps and her second in regular custody battle. Shes crazy and in court she either freezes or loses her shit, intel provided by her ex who beat her.

She has about $4k left on her retainer and I have near infinite money to spend on this case. I want full custody despite all the advice to say let my ex fup her own relationships with her kids. Im writing here to see what impartial men would do..? I cant have my non vocal baby girl going to stay with s stranger. Im advised Ill win easily and even easier based on simple ideas that leaving the state is an automatic loss for her. Thoughts???
