So my divorce got finalized and my daughter who is 17 we have shared custody. 50/50

My daughter has adhd and is in a special class for extra help.

My ex wife's and her counsel played the ..shes a special needs child and needs extra help so she should be with mom half the time.

If I raise a voice of child request can this be used to change a custody arrangements.
Basically getting my daughters disapproval on record and getting in front of a judge.

I work from home full time and my older kids stayed with me in my new place and can help there little sister

I just found out from my 17yr old daughter that my ex wife leaves her home alone for 4 to 5 hrs until she gets home from work. She no longer works from home.

No baby sitter no after school care..

So this whole ADHD is obviously not a concern if shes being left alone.

Has anyone brought there spouses back to court and change custody arrangements based on who is best able to support the child.
