Don't. Where NMMNG disagrees with MRP, follow MRP. Rian Stone's youtube series walks through NMMNG and points out the bad advice. There's plenty, like having her read the book or the sex moratorium, so it's worth the guide.

No book is perfect and I just found out doing is more effective than talking. I don’t recommend talking about your improvements, let your actions do the talking.
