As i understand it, the theory of spinning plates in essence means you shouldn't care if one plate drops or "breaks", since you have other plates. Hence you shouldn't be "mad" or emotionally affected by whatever plate does to you. If i were you I'd try to understand what in my behavior made her change the attitude towards me. Possibly the lack of attention to her during the break made her realize youre using her as a sexual instrument and nothing more. Also sounds like you're clinging to this specific girl ("Oneitis" ?).
