When suspicions were raised by doctors (including consultant paediatrician Ravi Jayaram, below) at the hospital after babies kept dying on Letby's watch, hospital managers told the doctors to apologise to Letby.

I wonder, if they had listened and stopped her sooner... Would they have prevented any deaths?

Are these un-named managers going to apologise to any parents if so?
