My immediate thought is I have been disagreeing with women for two decades and I'm feeling left out that none of them called me an incel. Do you think it's possible that it might be something else? Like you say or do something that makes it apparent that you think very little of women?

I wouldn’t say it’s lost it’s meaning at all, in fact I’d say it was more well known in the world

The word “incel” has come away from its original meaning that you were a virgin against your choice, which included both men and woman who struggled to get relationships, to a darker cult like group that promotes hatred and violence against woman. A lot of shooters tie themselves to incels so I don’t understand why so many guys still consider themselves part of this group too (unless they secretly support violence) and dont try to distance themselves from it

It also makes sense it’s used as an insult, it’s the same as calling out racism
