Depends on the details, but it seems like most of the times this would mean I'm being both used for her pleasure but also denied any affection in return, so every time I went down on her it would be an indirect reminder that "this is all you're good for, this is how far you get, this is as much as you deserve". So I would say no.

On second thought, since this would allow me to practice my oral game for a real partner, I would prob say yes until I feel confident in that part, because until then there would be something I recieve in return during our interactions, despite being denied any care or physical affection.
