Honestly kinda makes me realize any cosmetic surgery isn't worth because it doesn't fix personality but it's definitely an interesting question on what to do about that because even if we all get abs and stuff it's not like we got the game to go along with it nor is it exactly something that can just be developed

You'll learn social skills quickly, and people won't be anywhere as judgemenal about your lack of it than they are right now. It'll be a hurdle at first, but you'll get the one all-important thing you didn't get before surgery - OPPORTUNITIES to learn. Ugly people remain socially stunted because of the lack of opportunities and the invisible social barriers people put up to keep ugly folks at a distance.
