It's heartening that despite the judge trying to minimize her responsibility by accepting her testimony that her husband was a verbally abusive alcoholic he still held her responsible for some degree of malice as she shoved the blade into her husbands chest.

First degree murder. That's the right judgement.

She didn't intend to kill the person, known to her for decades, she stabbed in the heart with a knife. Really? You can't make this shit up.
