I often see some of these phrases online or repeated by normies IRL, so I'll explain why they're bullsh1t.

  • "Just be yourself!" This has to be the #1 bluepill cope. Thinking other people will like you just because you're yourself, ignoring things such as physical attractiveness is just increibly funny.
  • "Just take a shower, bro!" -> I shower every day, and I'm sure same goes for most men who cannot get dates. Normies claim this because, in their head, if you aren't successful in the dating market you must be a complete shut-in who showers once a month when he finally goes outside.
  • "Just work on your personality, bro!/Just be confident!" -> Doesn't this contradict the whole "just be yourself"? Besides, how are you supposed to work on it, if nobody is giving you the chance to show who you are, your values, and goals?
  • "There's someone out there for everyone!" Not true, statistically speaking. There are more men than women under the age of 40 in most countries, so there's never 1 man per 1 woman. Also, historically 40% of men reproduced while 80% of women did, so most men in history never got the chance to find love and have a happy ending with a family.
  • "Enjoy the rejections, bro!!!! The first 1000 approaches are just practice." This one is hilarious. You're supposed to be happy when women reject you, and keep trying as if you were walking on a never ending treadmill, not realizing how painful it is if you only meet rejections, get ghosted or flaked on.
  • "Women aren't visual!!!!" Yes, they are. More than men. Makes sense from a biological point of view, since women can only get pregnant by a single man at a time and are extremely vulnerable while waiting for the kid to be born. Naturally, they'll look for the best possible genes they can get. On top of that, there's plenty of evidence online that suggests women care more about looks than men, and there's a reason why you'll never see tall and attractive guys who struggle with dating.
  • "Dating apps aren't real life!! Just ignore them!!!" First off, most couples nowadays meet online, where- as we all know by know- women have the advantage and looks become even more important. This increases women's options tenfold and therefore create even more competition for men. Even if I ignore dating apps and social media myself, most people would still be using them so the competition is still there.
  • "Stop complaining, bro. You're not trying to improve!" -> I agree it'd be quite stupid to complain about your life situation and not try to change. However, for those of us who've been gymmaxing, looksmaxxing, etc. for years, what are we supposed to do? If you are not autistic, have a good bf %, have visible abs and muscles, have a job, what's left to do? At what point can I stop blaming myself and accept that not everything is in my control and genetics determine a great part of your life? Would I be posting here if I was tall, white and attractive?

That's pretty much it. Feel free to add any you can think of.
