Could use some opinions. My STBX wants custody of my grandson. We have shared custody since he was born and he is 11 but he is my blood not hers. He wants to spend most of his time with me but she wants full custody with standard every other weekend. I am moving in with my aduld son ( he is the uncle not the father ) and I have a home and schedule in place. I think she wants to continue the 300 a month is SSI she collects on him. Any way any help or advice out there ?
