Understand the difference between actual rape and what she calls a "rape fantasy". The latter means you do everything she actually wants while she pretends to not be the total slut she really is.

Agree on a list of her limits. If you want to flip the script, have her write her fantasies on bits of paper and put them in a bowl without reading them yet. Then when the action starts, pick a paper.

In the BDSM community it’s pretty normal to talk about this stuff in advance, setup a safe word to stop things, sometimes even get things down in writing. That way the fantasy can unfold with the illusion of no control when in reality it’s all an act and can be stopped on a moments notice. I don’t know how much the #metoo movement will change all this but I think it’s perfectly reasonable to explore this with somebody you trust as long as you have the work in place before hand.

As for future red flags... personally this isn’t one for me at all. Gangbangs / threesomes or anything remotely resembling open relationship are huge red flags. Her trusting you enough to explore her darkest sexual desires is not a red flag, it’s a green fucking light.

Almost every woman has rape fantasy but in my opinion it's really tricky. If she wants it in the moment, it is not a rape just rough sex at best and if she does not want it you are actually raping your girlfriend and it might have unplessant results. You should sit down and try to figure out what she really expects from that.
