Good afternoon, Brothers. I have a quick question about something I have actually never done before. Beginning March 1st I would like to start cutting weight. Most of my experience with this was in wrestling in high school. Clearly I am not going to spend hours spitting into a cup or running while wearing Saran Wrap and plastic baggies anymore.

I would like some advice and, hopefully, links to resources that you have used to successfully cut 6-8% of total body weight.

You may be curious why I'm not posting this question over at /Fitness. Fact of the matter is, I don't read or contribute over there and I trust everybody here far more than I trust the people over there.
