I know a lot of us are in pain & confused about why this is happening to us. I am in the boat with all of you, but I am starting to see everything from a different perspective, that is helping me heal & evolve.

You feeling, anger, sadness & sorrow are valid. You have the right to feel the way you feel.

Let go of the pain, when you are ready too. Not when someone tells you that you should, when you are ready.

Seeking a therapist, coach or a mentor does NOT make you weak. It makes you brave & will make your stronger.

This is a blessing. Here me out...You have a chance to redefine who you are as a man, the chance to truly find what makes you happy & fulfilled. The chance to rebuild your life in your vision & the chance to truly find out who you truly are.

I get it, a lot of you don't see it. But I hope you do one day. This is coming from a guy that lost everything, cars, job, dogs, home, clothes I mean everything. Jailed on house arrest, you name it.

I once hated myself & hated her, but now I see the bigger picture. I hope all of you do too.
