If you're getting cockblocked by your female friends when you're going out with them, that's a problem with your game, not the fact that you're out with female friends. I've gone out with female friends many a time and haven't had to deal with cockblocking.

Are you trying to date this girl eventually? I think this is a perfect moment to show her how you handle yourself. Whether you're going to be clingy, jealous, laid back, fun, etc. This is the moment to get on her friends good side as well. Have conversations, dance, get you and your girl some drinks. Maybe just one round for her friends but nothing too crazy. Dont get nervous if she leaves you alone to go to the bathroom, just keep vibin playing it cool.
