Everyone knows the phrase, but very few people actually utilise it to interrogate their beliefs. This is normal. Introspection and challenging your beliefs takes balls, because it may well mean acknowledging that you were a pretty shitty person for a long time and having to change.

It can also just broaden your perspective, like in this case study of going to the gym. Manosphere love the gym. It's the first piece of advice in most philosophies, and I unironically see why. You are very likely to see positive results in your interactions with women after physically changing your appearance.

So if I was to ask you 'why?', the answer is likely to be 'most girls like guys with muscles'.

That's fine. A lot of girls do prefer that. I'm suggesting there might be more to the story. What if the real reason you're more attractive to women is because dedicating yourself to something and seeing positive changes in yourself made you feel justifiably proud, and the fact that you've earned these results fuels your self-confidence?

Hope this gave you something to think about. Get in the gym. It's good for you.

PRO TIP: Go to a fight gym instead. It'll teach you some things that are extremely attractive to women and no I'm not talking about knowing how to fight.
