Well women are all different, some women are either too shy or too introverted to keep eye contact with someone they like. Others on the other hand, will keep eye contact because it makes them feel like they’re getting their message across. I personally will look you right in the eye, smile/grin, look at your lips, back at your eyes… and then look away.

11 years ago I went to a homies coworker party with the homie, his girl, and some of his girls friends. One girl in particular couldn’t look at me at all while we sat at a table. To test her, I sat directly in front of her and just STARED, I got no reaction from her and she still didn’t look. Minute later I spark up a quick convo and ask her to dance. Neither, don't get too much into your head about body language. The simple problem with relying on BL is that not all women have the same personality, confidence etc. Therefore they will not always react in the same way.
