I would say, especially for someone who doesn't drink, a morning date could be cool. Also, could mean the potential for a more serious relationship. Try it and see, romance may develop.

Perfect opportunity for a light and easy coffee morning date or a Sunday morning mimosa. If you don’t like her in person you’re not out much.

Sounds nice to be honest. I wish more girls would want to go on morning dates. A lot of girls I know from the night live are a bunch of vampires and spend the day drained without a single interest in motion. Now if what you want is to smash that day then it is a problem. Unless you know, nature!

Evening only.
[–]Exmerus 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just go. Would you rather have no date? Stop bitching and go get some nice breakfast.
[–]KisapadajaDoma -5 points-4 points-3 points 3 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
No
Plan a date in the evening only
[–]Exmerus 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Date in the morning is better than no date
[–]KisapadajaDoma 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Lol
[–]VARISSTUPID 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I feel like women in this sub give terrible advice. Is he a dog ? I’m sure he’ll live without breakfast ffs. You want him to just acquiesce ???
[–]Exmerus 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I'm not a woman. I'm a rational man who is mature enough to leave his ego aside and take the date at her available time, if she is clearly willing to meet but really can't at any other time. A day date is reasonable. Acquiesce? Things don't always have to happen the way you want. You either adapt or jack off alone at home.
[–]thatshinobiboiii 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Because? Morning dates are awesome. Especially for someone like me who works night shift, most girls are still open to sex in the morning. Morning dates are just such a fantastic way to start the day.
[–]KisapadajaDoma 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I see you want to become her friend. Way to go
[–]thatshinobiboiii 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Nah not really. Especially for a first date if you’re not trynna pull right away, coffee dates are fantastic. There’s so much you can do on morning dates to create a connection. I work night shifts so I don’t exactly have any other option.

You can't say that you've been working on yourself and now you have confidence and then go and squander it by doing something you don't want to do. She is fully in control of the interaction here and you are just following like a good obedient puppy. Text her back and say "no, evenings are more romantic ;)"
[–]thatshinobiboiii 4 points5 points6 points 3 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Or she already has plans in the evening and can only meet in the morning. She’s hardly in full control, there’s barely an interaction to control, she’s just stating when she’s available, which she’s done twice. If he tries to push her to meet a different time it would likely be a turn off for her after she clearly set a time she’s free.
[–]CocoBabeNYC -5 points-4 points-3 points 3 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Then you walk away. Stop settling for pussy scraps.
[–]thatshinobiboiii 6 points7 points8 points 3 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
How the fuck is that pussy scraps lol. She’s just saying when she’s free, which he asked, and they’re going on a date. I fail to see the problem here. If you can explain any legitimate reason why a woman stating her availability is a reason not to go on a date with her I’ll give you a high five.
[–]Exmerus 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
The problem is all these guys' ego. They want to be in full control, and will refuse to adapt because in their minds they will be weak and cede the control to the woman if they do accept their terms, just because they think morning dates are not good.
[–]VARISSTUPID 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Sometimes ego isn’t a bad thing you know.
ego is the demise of so many men.
[–]thatshinobiboiii 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, an ego balanced with a healthy dose of humility is what most people should strive for. As that’s part of what creates a sense of authentic confidence. If you find a partner who wants you to be in full control and make every decision than that’s great, most of my relationships have been better with communication and stating boundaries/being straight forward about what you want and how.
[–]CocoBabeNYC -3 points-2 points-1 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Because morning dates are not romantic. He wants to establish the frame of the relationship and as such shouldn't be agreeing to a morning date. He can say no to her available too. You guys are so used to women calling all the shots that you can't even bring yourself to say no to a woman. Jeez, how manly.
[–]thatshinobiboiii 2 points3 points4 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I mean I say no to woman all the time, although not cause it’s a morning date that’s stupid, nor if they call the shots cause irdgaf and it doesn’t really affect me or my life in a negative way. And morning dates can absolutely be romantic. I personally have no option besides morning and afternoon dates cause of my work schedule so morning dates are fine by me.

you sound like a 15 year old who read too many seduction books lmao.
[–]CocoBabeNYC 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I am young heart what can I say.
[–]kettlebell_workout 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Does not really matter.
I got single day lays before afternoons.
[–]CanUnusual8729 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah I think you read that right. As far as whether or not to go sat morning, I think it just depends on how you feel about it. There is always a chance that of you see her in person again you could stoke that chemistry and try to build more attraction, as long as you understand it’s a hail mary. If you know it’s not going to bother you if it goes the way it sounds like it will, then you can just shrug it off and never see her again. Now if this was a girl that I still had a possibility of running into or taking another shot at it later I would probably just politely decline the morning date and leave her alone for a while. If she really is trying to bail, then at least she’ll see you have a back bone and probably have more respect for you if you ever get back in touch. Tbh if I had to guess she probably has no intention of showing up even if you agreed to it.

I don’t see the problem. Go meet her

It sounds like a situation I myself was in twice in the last two months... if your exclusive genuine time is being canceled by excuses; then its them missing out... Even better for you!! Keep your "Girl Friends" and be Friends. Having friends that are girls will likely find you a good relationship. You'll be in a position where you don't have to worry about being a generic date when she does come around.. Be Authentic and Social... Let your "Girl Friends" be witness to your character and you'll see the power in friendship of girls in your life. Having Confidence will take you through a lot!

Go on the date if you hit it off she might not have Saturday evening plans suddenly or they might include you during or afterwards
