Humor is a skill that you can learn much like you can learn to drive a car or another language. There are rules for comedy, that comedians use all the time.

Having said that, it’s not about turning into a full profesional comedian that cracks jokes all the freaking time because then women will never take you seriously. It’s a balance of seriousness and humor.

What it really means is that you have to make the girl feel emotions and humor is the most common way to do that.

If you can’t make a woman feel anything she won’t have anything with you. When you are talking with a girl it’s not about exchanging information it’s about triggering emotions in her, making her feel things.

that’s why many women love drama, because when they are hired it brings them to an intense emotional state. Really talking to women is all about making them feel emotions, and not bor nah them to death.

It’s like talking to child’s, childs want to feel too, so you wouldn’t talk about boring serious things with a child. You would play, you would make jokes, you would take them on adventures, you would do let the kid do risky but fun activities, just so the kid has a good time… Same principle goes with women.

Someone once told me that humans use comedy as a form of social defence, Maybee if that doesn’t come natural to you, you can focus on something that does, making a woman laugh is no different than sparking any other interest in her brain. Discuss pop culture, music or science. A well aimed comment can be just as good as a laugh.

Look closer: Maybe you already are cracking jokes and your humour is e.g. just very dry.
filter your thoughts less, being relaxed and loose goes hand in hand with being funny. A cheeky guy will automatically develop his humours side.
Learn to be in the moment and become a good observer. Learn to stop the carousel of your thoughts and project your mind outwards. All the funny situations are already there, you just need to recognise them.
Not all people are equally funny and humour is subjective. Accept your own disposition. Half of the masculine archetypes in western culture are not very funny anyway.

Humor does not get you laid. Tension does. Humor is a way to relieve tension when you build it up. Relieving tension can be done without humor but you have to be able to tease.

The streets call it push-pull. The legend calls it fractination.

Often people who can't do comedy are just to tense, anxious and serious. They just need to relax, have some fun, and self-amuse. If you want some help with your comedy try watching some standup or podcasts by comedians. Learn from the best.
