I don't think there's any problem with what you're describing. I would even say it's normal. Generally people date trying to find someone compatible and often have sex with people who don't end up being long term compatible. I think you're over thinking this. Just do whatever you want.

No. You don't need to say anything. Treat yourself as the main character in your story. Dont worry about what anyone else thinks.

If she asks, then simply say "I'm open to a relationship, but it has to be the right person & the right situation. What about you?"

That is a fair & honest response. Nobody is entitled to becoming your girlfriend after the first date. As you said, these things shouldn't be forced.

This is totally fine and normal and it's the mindset that I think most women will be coming to the date with. You don't know if you want to become her girlfriend after a couple dates.

I would be open from the start. After having sex once or twice explicitly tell her that I like seeing her, but I want to keep seeing other girls. "Not because I'm trying to replace you or anything, but because I enjoy dating around."

Maybe approach it this way: tell her over text or phone call before the date you want to know what she's up to and to get to know her a little so you see if you wanna have anything to do with her in the future too or not. Don't discuss any relationship yet, unless it's a flirt like "not sure we'd get along if...."

She will ask at one point if you're seeing anyone and you say. "Several".

She will know where you stand and then she'll decide if she's OK with it.

If she asks how many tell her 4 main girls and 4 trying to become main girls. Each month one of the 4 is kicked out of rotation and 1 girl slides in.

If she says how do you become a main girl, then you know you have her. (Answer is: act right).
