I also have a gaming addiction. Easiest solution for me was to tell my parents and then I unplugged all my consoles and took away my mouse and keyboard. If you want to make it even harder to relapse sell everything. If you’re anything like me your friends are also bad influences that neg you to game with them. Fuck them all, put yourself first.

No bullshit I ended my Xbox live membership 5 days ago. I realized that I’ve been playing too much and neglecting my work & business. Just end your Xbox live, focus on yourself, and get your shit straight. It will still be there in two months. I filled the gap with working out again.

Speaking of working out does anyone have any routines and schedules for them?

In addition to all the recommendations here, stop watching fortnite streams, stop looking at fortnite YouTube vids, and unsubscribe from its subreddit. Not being constantly reminded of the game makes quitting easier.
