Shouldn’t be a problem to just bring her to your place. Just make sure she stays safe and all that.

When a girl understands that she’s safe around me, she wouldn’t mind coming back to a shabby apt I used to have.
That’s why I said you shouldn’t really worry about it. It would be the same context whether it be a hotel or Airbnb. How comfortable you make her feel will be the main factor in her decision.

Clean the place as much as you can. Make sure she doesn't get robbed and slam that shit.

Make sure you drive her there and back in your vehicle. Your’s is known in the. Righ or hood so it isn’t likely to be broken into. Hers on the other hand has a high likelihood of that happening. It would really blow your good time if she walked out to that in the morning.

No problem, of course you'll feel nervous, I wouldn't say this is nervousness, it's more excitement (a positive kind of stress).
If it isn't an absolute dirty shithole, she won't mind.
Just keep it neat and clean and make her feel good and slam that vajayjay. Good luck!

Women in my experience don't care if it's for a hookup. I had most of my early experiences at my parents' hoarder house.

If she is interested enough in you, the location won't matter.

Is she coming to see you or your apartment? As long as you keep her safe and place is suitable for female occupancy. At least you have your own place. Your overthinking this.

Just do it in the car, that’s where I do all my hook ups

Are you living in the place that's best for you at this stage of your life? If so, don't let anyone shame you for it. You're living your life the best way you know how. If she has a problem with that, she's not the right one for you.
Beyond that, realize you're coming at this with a scarcity mindset. If there were a hundred women lining up at your door, you wouldn't be worried about some of them walking away. You'd much more relaxed and much choosier. Getting to that mindset is wayyyyy more important than whether or not you get into this girl's pants.
