Achieve a difficult task in your life. Make progress in something that has always held you back (besides women) and you will feel so good about yourself that you wont care about how they treat you. Then, you wont feel needy.

Problem is when men don't make it very clear what they want in the beginning "because it's inappropriate bro" & they constantly compliment without getting/asking anything in return.

like : when the daygame practitioner open a girl by "sup you're cute , where are you going ? down to grab a coffee." it's simply a guy who shows interest & compliments the girl but instantly tries to date the girl,

now : these gay ass simps in every girl's dms who keep sending emojis to her & replying to her stories by telling her how cute she is .

this is the example of being the idiot.

The problem is not that you are needy, the problem is when you try too hard.

Because needy just means that you can’t live without her, like your whole world revolves around her, and that you constantly need her attention, and get mad or anxious if you don’t get it, and start triple texting her if she doesn’t reply as soon as you want.

Your problem though would be something else which is how to avoid trying too hard to be liked by her, and when to escalate.

You approach a girl, and you have high energy, ok…

But the important thing is:

What are you saying to her?
are you showering her with compliments?
Are you trying to tell her all the impressive things about yourself, trying to impress her?
Are you trying to prove that you are the kind of guy she is looking for.
Are you asking her out for no good reason other than you think she is pretty?
Is asking her out justified at this point in the conversation in the sense that there is enough chemistry and you feel the vibe is right to ask her out?
Does she feel like you are a very selective man

Those are the things you need to focus on, and if you do any of them that’s a problem.

Stop trying to get the girl to like you over text, or you will be in the friend zone-text buddy. You have to do this in person, already you’re having expectations and fantasies that you have to woo a girl over text. You have already showed interest by getting the girls number. The phone is used for setting dates.
