I feel like I can’t convince myself that women want me no matter what.

They may not want you, but after years of rejection, do you really give a shit about whether or not you hitting on them ends up offending them? That is the attitude to have.

I feel you man, it has everything to do with deep inner work. You need to see and believe who you are and what you bring to the table.

Looks can be improved like working on yourself in the gym. But why does a woman deserve you? What makes you a high value man?

Just take some time to reflect on a blank piece of paper and write out what you stand for, why you are worth it and what YOU want in a woman.

It's not just you getting a good deal...the woman is also searching for a good deal.

you should be attracted to almost all females depending on your age. something tells me your looking at too much porn or Instagram. When I was 21-25 years old I fucked anything that would fuck me because it was better than a sock or porn on DVD. I fucked skinny chicks, thick chicks, girls with no boobs, girls with huge boobs, huge bushes, and no bush... the only difference really is how they dress some have tons of tattoos but trust me to get them naked you won't care!

my x-coworker was always the surfer chick who no guy would normally notice but one day we went out as a group and she had a red dress and makeup on and she got all the attention from every guy in the room.

I would suggest going to a clinical psychologist and find out your root problem on why you think you aren't worthy. After that, cognitive behavioral therapy is a good way to see disfunctional thought paterns objectively and see where your former beliefs are not accurate about yourself/world.

The thing that helped me was being really good at 2-3 things. It wasn't related to dating, but when I was really good at something it made me feel like I am worth something. Having a positive friend who compliments you is a major plus too, but kinda hard to find.
