I had the same issue in my 20s. I looked very young. Now at 34 I can still get women in their early 20s.

Eventually it will work in your favor.

Are you really skinny? If so try to get buff a little? Else just grow whatever facial hair you have for now and keep it trimmed to 5mm. Oh and to answer the “how is getting buff going to fix my face” you say you look like a 16yr old, well if your body shows you’re a buff 20yr old fit guy, that body is going to help your face game. It will make you a bit wider and show more masculinity basically.

Your face doesn't really matter for shit in the bigger picture. Learn cold approach. The guys I know who get the most girls look like mutants. Also, might as well use the babyface to your advantage while you still have it. I would aim for cougar types. Just be sort of forward and endearing and they will fuck you as long as you have an appropriate amount of persistence.

Now? Gym. Go hit the gym and build some muscles. Work with a trainer or else it won't work well. You gotta work on your body to look stronger. Wear better clothes. Work on what you can work on. Forget what you can't work on.

I am in the same boat I’m 24 always get carded for looking 18. Our time will come in our 30s when we look like were 20. But really just get buff and have style and looks are only half the game

When people tell you to work it’s it’s because you admitted you are “skinny” and you can control that! You can’t change your face without plastic surgery yet you could work out and become attractive to women. Since you are so consumed your face is the only issue with women you can’t see the reality it’s your personality most likely and the fact you might be coming off as weak or insecure. Learning to be disciplined and working out consistently can prove those things are not true.
