Allright this is a puzzler for me.

It started years ago. I was on my way home from a very primitive camping trip, had not had a real shower for three days. My friend calls says and says he's having a party. His pace is on the way to my house but is a good 30min from my house. I would have to pass it then turn around and come right back. He tells me don't worry just come on by party won't start for a couple hours I can get cleaned up and he's got some clothes I can throw on. I didn't even take contacts with me camping so I'm wearing my army BCG glasses and some dirty clothes and smell like fire and wet wipes. I get there and a few people are already there. I never made it past the first room...greeted everyone, started telling jokes, and before I know it some girl is all about me.

In present times I have a buddy I occasionally go out with and he's more than happy to tell you stories of how we've gone to the local bar on a whim when I've had paint, dirt, stained clothes, just random dirty clothes I work in, with hoodies I've worked in all week..etc. on while he's dressed all nice and we walk in and girls start looking....he's thinking that they're thinking " damn, look at this bum" but next thing you know they're positioning themselves close to me and I walk out with a number. He's going man, I need to go stomping a puddle and roll around in the back of your dirty ass work van!

This does not happen nearly as much when I get prepped for the night or look like I'm taking care of myself. None of my friends get it nor do I.

Maybe rough and tumble suits me....idk.
