Sounds like there’s some disinterest if you guys stopped talking for two weeks. As is the general answer for posts like these, the solution is usually to go out and learn to meet more girls.

If you stopped talking for 2 weeks and she hasn't messaged you back, even once, that's a clear lack of interest from her.

Also, like one of my mentors told me: it's best for the girl to come up with the idea of a relationship and for her to tell you she likes you first. That way she feels like she's working to win you over and like she wants to make you happy.

So odds are really against you if you tell her you like her without making her deeply attracted to you first (which she's not otherwise shed messaged you in these 2 weeks). It could work what you want but chances are very small imo.

You need to do this type of stuff the first/second time you meet her or expect to waste a lot of time with women
