Sticking point: getting ghosted

I’ve been in the same boat. Everything in this post I can sympathize with. That “tightrope” feeling... yuck.

To combat the tightrope feeling, it really starts from self-confidence. For example, of course think before you say something, but know and understand that what you say is what you mean, and if she doesn’t like it and ghosts, oh well. You left it out there and that’s all that matters. I think you’d be surprised how this mindset shift will work in your favor, since you’ll be more comfortable with yourself, which in turn makes her more comfortable w you if the vibe is right.

But ultimately, and as shitty as it is, I’ve personally found to just talk to literally as many girls as possible. Online and in person. It really does mitigate the hurt that the ghosting does. Sometimes the ghosts hurt more than others (if you felt like you were clicking, and even had sex), but at the end of the day, you know your self worth and just chalk it up to the game.

My thoughts might be all over the place cause I’m tired. But hope this helps. It’s just from my perspective and how I’ve overcome this issue.

Tldr self confidence stomps out ghosting/fear of losing cause you know another one will be right around the corner

Getting ghosted is normal in every single one of those situations. EXCEPT after sex. That is not normal if it is happening regularly. You need to re evaluate how you can give her more pleasure. Some women just want FWB and if you can’t make her come she will ghost your ass.

Why do you care if you get ghosted? You barely know the woman, right? If she ghosts you, move on to the next.

I have never understood the negative sentiment towards ghosting on Reddit. Maybe it’s because I have an abundance mindset and don’t care about the opinions of women I’ve barely interacted with.

You need to analyze your behavior, are you too needy? Ghosting means you b fucked up and they are too immature to deal with it and tell you so you should find out where you fuck up.

Its hard to answer your post because there isnt much to work with. You get ghosted but there isnt any examples of whats going on. If a girl ghost you while texting, then she didnt feel a vibe or wasnt too attracted to you to start with. A girl who wants you will put in the effort. If she ghost you after sex then you, honestly, probably didnt do a good job. If you had she would text again for more of it. If its happening a lot then you probably aren’t connecting with them at a comfortable level. Were she wants to see you again or thinks you’re fun to hang around with.

If girls are tending to ghost rather than flaking, I would be suspicious that it may be something that you're doing or saying, rather than a failure to attract in the first place.

Maybe try posting some examples of conversations you have and getting some feedback? Or at least discuss what you're saying to her.

But a certain # of girls will ghost reliably, especially if the number is fresh and you don't have a deeper connection with her. Ghosts and flakes are both inevitable.

It's no big deal, just make sure you're not doing anything overly weird or offensive and then move on to the next girl.
