You'd likely only spend a bit of time at the one store anyways. If you can coax her to a variety of places, that alone is an indication of interest, and gives her a chance to lay down hints. Until then just focus on enjoying yourself.

What difference does it make? Do you like her? Do you like her company? If yes, go to the vinyl shop, relax, and have a good time. If you both enjoy each other's company, suggest you two jump to a coffee shop or something, and carry on. See how you both like each other and if there is any sexual tension building. My guess is that you like this girl and you do want something sexual to happen. If so, going to the vinyl shop date is a perfect opportunity to find out
