This chick at work (ill shit where i eat, i dont care) was always staring at me but actively avoided me. All the other guys would always flock to her but i didnt. I didnt want to join that flock fest.

She would always stare from afar (id catch her looking and she look away) but when she walks past me she never makes eye contact.

On the RARE occasions ill spark up a conversation and she'll start bantering. Sometimes she start the bantering. I am never able to get a real quality conversation with her because she will banter and then start walking away. So we might go back and forth for 2 minutes and then she makes her escape.

So here is the main issue. Whenever we walk past in the hallway she never says anything. In the breakroom she never says anything. Almost as if we had never spoken before. Ill look at her expecting at least a hello but she will actively ignore my presence. So we could go weeks with this ignoring eachother as if we werent just flirting.

Im an introvert so i dont like constantly doing all the acknowledging.

I just find it very awkward that she will talk to every guy except me but she will only flirt with me but if i dont speak im invisible?

Note: When she sees me she flips her hair. Her friend always flirts with me also.
