I'd just let her or plainly ask her. If you're getting friendzoned, then i don't think you can change her mind. Should she sense you're just PUAing her, it could make her even more uncomfortable.

I think someone comfortable with physical contact (non-sexual one obv) would be standing close to you all the time. Once had the "honor" of being basically rubbed by a barlady's body without initiating anything, facemasks and glass shields+music were a communication issue and she just left the counter and just came so damn close to my face, rubbing her body against mine in the process. Anyway i think there's way more to it than "touch her=gf/don't touch her=miss the girl part and just get a friend". A girl i'm chatting with atm once told me she'd feel really uncomfortable if someone started telling her sweet words out of the blue without having met her first (i told her i'd like to be telling her sweet words but felt too early for that, and she agreed and replied that way; haven't had a date yet). If possible, get a booth, but no matter what sit next to your date instead of across, then physical contact will happen naturally since you are right next to eachother.
