You reply to the vibe, not the contextual reply. If she was grinding on you as she said this, obviously you reply with something witty. If she said this after you've shown interest and her face is absolutely serious then it means she wants you to leave her alone.

Look up the lover vs provider paradigm. Her boyfriend is the provider, you can take the frame as the lover. Basically, be the guy she wants to sleep with, not the one she wants a relationship with. It’s a different frame. You can tell her you don’t want to be her boyfriend outright if you want.
