Be weary of people like the other dude commenting. I encounter many people that insist "not drinking" means drinking only 1-3 beers each outing. That is clearly drinking, regardless of what they say.

If you're adamant on not drinking at all and still want to pick up women, just go to these places where others are drinking, and have something else to offer to benefit the group. The most important thing is to be someone others want to be around. If you're not drinking and you're just sitting around not doing much, that sends all the wrong messages. But if you're not drinking and you're the fun one that wants to dance with the girls, wants to do karaoke, knows when to use witty jokes, and can overall make everyone else's time better, you'll be well on your way. Alcohol is overrated. I was in a fraternity where it was always flowing and surrounded by girls. Not even one date per year. Virgin until I was 24. When I got out there after college and got my first apartment, things started popping. I never chased them. Never had to. It would come to me and I knew it in my heart.

Honestly, if you don't party or drink, you'll likely wind up meeting women in other places, who also don't really party or drink. That sounds like a good deal to me, as you'll be meeting women who are more similar to you and your lifestyle. I met my girl talking about movies and politics. I don't drink at all, and she is an extremely light drinker. Neither of us party.

I was able to find a new fwb every semester and I never went to a party once. I also found lots of dates. Fun fact - lots of girls on campus at coffee shops, condensed places, louder study places, etc…

You don’t need to drink. The campus facilities like library, study areas, cafes, etc are great places you can talk to girls. School is good because you both have a common thing to talk about and it’s an easy way to start a conversation. Parties aren’t necessary. And if you’re not the party type, then you wouldn’t want to attract party girls anyway, as you two would have disagreeing personalities.

There definitely is a social stigma at parties/social events and whatnot about people not drinking. What you can possibly do is get a bottle/can of an alcohol drink, go to the bathroom (and privately when no one is looking) pour the drink out, wash the bottle and fill it with water, or maybe a soft drink like coke. No one will know as they can't see the liquid and it appears as if you are drinking (but secretly it's water).

Sometimes at a big social event where there is a bar you can order Orange juice with a splash of water. The start dilutes the orange juice and if someone asks you say orange juice with a splash of vodka/gin. Make sure you don't do it in front of anyone you know/want to know.

If it's a 1 on 1 dinner, it pretty much fails if you order at the table, but maybe you can flag the sister down by "going to the bathroom" and secretly change the order.

90% or more of my interactions that ended in intimacy involved zero alcohol. It’s easy to meet people looking to live a little at your age. And you’re gonna find that a small number of those people actually do drink. The rest won’t. They still wanna have fun the same as you. Just be social. Push yourself outside of your comfort zone and do it on the regular. That will learn ya that everything from rejection to success are part of life. But neither is a possibility if you don’t take that shot to begin with. Put yourself out there. Talk to new people. Go out on a limb or take a risk (within reason) that you don’t think you ever would have. For example approaching a girl who’s not alone and is perhaps with friends. Holy shit was that scary at first. But ya get used to it. Facts are this: society judges each other. People judge without knowing they’re judging. You can’t change that. So adapt and overcome instead. Good luck out there!!

No they won't get hung up on the no drinking aspect if you say it with confidence on why you don't drink.

It's all about confidence on how you say and do everything.

I could tell a girl I'm homeless and sleep under a bridge and still pull a shit ton girls - why? Because I'd say it with such confidence in myself - not - oh poor me I suck at life.

I've slept with 1,000+ women and don't drink EVER.

You don't need to drink or go to parties..

You have thousands of girls on campus to go meet, talk to, get their number, meet, and have sex.

You don't have to drink, and there are a thousand other ways to meet women.

That being said, there's benefit to learning how to socialize like most people. Go out, have a couple drinks, have some fun. There are more options than abstinence vs blackout drunk.

Some of the biggest disasters I've seen were the guys who didn't drink at all. Then they loosen up around 3rd or 4th year and try to join in. They never learned their limits or how to drink responsibly, and end up in the hospital. Seen it multiple times.

I drink sometimes but not much...i definitely don't get drunk unlike my classmates, I don't really like parties bcs it's always just a gathering to drink there and i want to have a conversation with someone at least a bit sober...still unlike my classmates who drink and go to numerous parties im not a virgin, i pick up girls at coffee shops, text random girls on ig and then convince them go for a walk with me, even approach them. Of course the alcohol can help you or the parties will grant you more opportunities but in the end you'll end up with the same stuff...You have to sell yourself and show that you are worth their time, on a party it might be a competition which requires you to try harder i guess lol. But find your style, be confident and let loose. It's like choosing to be a vegetarian and gain weight at gym, yes it's gonna be harder but if you don't like meat there are other sources of protein out there.

I didn’t start meeting the women I wanted to in life until after I stopped drinking and partying. I realized I had to do it sober so I started approaching women during the day out in public wherever I was and it works really well. At parties and out drinking women have their guard up because its typically the only time men will approach because they need that liquid courage and it’s lame. You will stand out and be different from the rest, it takes courage and women know that and they respect it. Women want to meet somebody like in a movie and it’s up to you to make that happen for her… what woman wants to say she met her guy drunk at a bar or a party, probably not many.
