Always address the friend group and find the main girl in that friend group. Typically its the girl where all the girls are turned toward and facing. She also might be the one whose in the front or middle leading the pack. Compliment her(clothes etc) not body, then talk about how the girl your picking up is so smart etc. For girls you have to win the approval of the group before you can take home one. Hmm I had the opposite encounter. Met a girl at a bar, vibing 20 minutes. Then her friends showed up. They all wanted to salsa (I didn't), and I didn't want to be the one stranger in the group so I tried to bail. Several of the friends begged me to take her home and rail her. Being a gentleman, I respected their wishes.

1 same day bj close, and one close call. Bj close met her at her job walked with her on her break she came over that night. Most woman are very intuitive when it comes to meeting someone especially as a potential sexual partner. You can start by trying to get eye to eye contact with them and smile. If she glance or looks back at you multiple times then that's a good sign for you to approach. If she's with a group, you don't want to make her feel like you're taking her away from them or trying to corner her. That might trigger the fight or flight mode. You can try to talk to her while also trying to engage with the group. You can ask if they have plans after, etc. If you really like this girl then you can try to accompany them to their plans then at the end of the night tell her that you really enjoyed spending time with her and ask her if she wanna get out of there and go somewhere with you. If you don't wanna accompany them anywhere then ask if she's willing to leave her friends and stay at the bar with you to talk a little more then ask that question above.
