Ladies , you can get away with a lot but even "hey baby wanna f*ck" will likely be seen as a cringe worthy joke.

Get him talking to you and invite him over under a flimsy pretext, you need help with X or what his opinion on Y. If you can cook or bake, well... you get the idea. Then move on from there.

Just don't get too drunk when you make your move, I've turned women away for that.

Most men are flattered that a woman will take the initiative as long as its not outright creepy and gross. I think talking abit and even just asking if you could go for drinks after work etc or lunch sometime he is free will put the ball in his court to set a date right away or sometime later. Its worked for me.

Honest truth, if you think he's attracted to you & you guys are in private I would do a compliance test & see is he fails or passes. Do something like bend over the pickup your keys, if his eyes follows your ass then you already know he is open to sleeping with you. If he could care less when you bend over or lick you lips slowly he isn't attracted, but still doesn't hurt to try.

Start talking to him but also ask personal questions like do you have a girlfriend or are you single. As a guy whenever a girl asks me this question i pretty much know straight away why she’s asking. Most men will get the hint. If he doesn’t get this hint then either he’s not interested or he doesn’t have balls to escalate, but 80% of the time men don’t have balls to escalate it.
