You know, some novelty item in your home that gives you a pretense to go, "hey, you should come over and see my ______." Also, something that would be fun for parties.

For examples, a friend of mine had an arcade machine in his basement. It was a fun, interesting item to have in his home that people would often play on during parties.

I think it would be cool to have a pinball machine, but I can't afford one.

Karaoke machine seems cool, too. I already have Rock Band, but that just doesn't have the same novelty appeal as one of those funny household (usually Korean) karaoke machines.

I know that having something like this isn't any kind of requirement for game. But it would be fucking fun. So, any ideas?
