I guess one arena that I've always need to improve at is having a fast comeback to these sorts of things. I usually like taking my time to respond to things since I can think about them properly, but I know that for things like pickup this isn't always an option. Do you have any suggestions on ways to improve myself in this area?

Some examples of recent events:

1) I was hanging out with a couple of female friends and somehow the subject of rating women came up. Friend A asked me what I rated her...I hesitated for only a second but that was all it took for friend B to suggest I didn't rate her that high and it was an "oh shit" situation. I avoided the question in the end but friend A didn't look happy (she's a HB7 but at least a HB9 with her personality).

2) I was in a club taking pictures with a group of girls and one of them said something along the lines of "you should be paying me to take my picture". I can't remember how I replied since I was half drunk but I know it could have been better. She was at least a HB9...although possibly a HB8 without beer goggles hehe.

3) Not a shit test but related anyway. I was in a queue waiting to buy a train ticket and the HB7 infront asks me to save her spot because she has to do something. She comes back and says something although I didn't really hear what she said (I don't think it was a question though). I noticed she was already holding about 4 train tickets already but by the time I was thinking of something to comment on it she was already off to the ticket counter. I know that I could have easily started a quick convo but missed it.
