Hey askTRP, so I’ve been a lurker for a while and have gotten some great tips and knowledge but I have recently found myself in a situation where I don’t know what to do.

So a female friend of mine HB9 came and visited me in Cali at the beginning of the year from Wisconsin. We were just friends before this and she was just gonna come take a mini vacay and hit the beaches with me.

She stayed for about 2 weeks and we both found out right at the end of the trip that we had great chemistry. I never saw her as more than a friend until like the last day and I guess she felt the same. But since it was right at the end of the trip we only got to making out and being handsy with each other right up until she left.

After she goes back she says she wants to move to Cali and we both think it’s a sick idea and we talk almost everyday until she got back (yea this was probably a mistake to do but it’s in the past.)

So I say she can stay with me until she gets settled and finds a place because I’m thinking and our conversations always go the direction that we will be getting it on and she’s said she has feelings for me.

So she gets here and immediately she isn’t receptive to my advances and seems distant. Then she says we should just stay friends for now because she’s overwhelmed.

Basically I went from friendzone > out of friendzone > back to friendzone. So I know there is attraction

I don’t want to just kick her out because she’s an actual friend of mine and literally has no where else to go, but at the same time I’m basically being her BF without sex.

I don’t want to tell her yet how fucked up it is what she did until she moves out and finds her own place so we can have some distance between us.

So now I’m thinking I just nurture dependence until she moves out then ghost her and tell her it’s either be with me or lose me.

I know this was a long post but any kind of advice on moving back out of friendzone would be appreciated.
