Bro, you can totally ask her out. Don't stroll right in and be like "is so and so here?"

Go to the mall and buy something from a different store and then stroll in if you can see she's there and be like

"Hey I was shopping and I remembered that I met a pretty girl who said she worked her, so I thought I'd pop in and say hi."

If she's bout it, talk a little, but cut it off like you have to. Obviously she has to work "hey, i gotta split, but we should pick this up later, can I call you sometime?"

Be mindful that she's working and the pressure to be a polite, friendly employee and creates an unbalanced dynamic between you and her. So, respect that, try even acknowledging that if it can be done in a charming, relaxed way (you want to express you won't be a routine unwelcome visitor or blowup in an insulted rage of she can't accept your invitation).

Start with low key conversation to get a temperature on her reception of seeing you again. If it seems genuinely positive, invite to her to continue the conversation over coffee or something.
