First is usually something about their appearance. Let’s be honest. Everyone has a type.

Then it’s other details. How they act with people around them, their energy, aura, how they carry themselves, etc. You get talking, how they treat you, humor, life stories, habits, etc.

Then it gets more serious. World view, family, finance, what they value, how they are when facing a bad situation.

Then possible LTR/marriage.

Then marriage issues.

Yes. It’s like in video games: you have to reach the next level.

I like a guy that knows himself, is himself, is cute, and who isn't afraid of expressing himself in any way. I like a guy that's witty and playful and that has a positive disposition. I like someone who is intelligent whose lifestyle is similar to mine (not into partying, eats healthy, enjoys varied activities, etc)

Emotional maturity and empathy. For me, this leads to genuinely more happy relationships and more trust. It's easier to communicate and really be honest to eachother.
