What has been your experience with Real Social Dynamics?

I took an RSD bootcamp with Tyler on Jan 19th-21st in Los Angeles, and I also saw the Jan 21st Los Angeles Hot Seat. Here's my thoughts:

Hot Seat is definitely worth it. I attended in Los Angeles on the 21st and it was really good. You will literally, not find better in field footage from any other company. The best part of it is that they show all aspects of the game. Not just the successes. They show blowouts, boyfriend freakouts, videos of tyler choding around and doing nothing, and you realize that Tyler is a normal dude just like the rest of us. He just has faith in his system and follows it relentlessly to get the results you get in the really good videos. There's also tons of seminar in hot seat with really powerful and useful information, but most of that can be found online as well.

Here's my view on the bootcamp. It's an even more powerful tool than hotseat for boosting your game, with one reservation: If you're not already internally motivated, don't expect a bootcamp to change that. You have to already be going out, consistently, pushing yourself, and showing that you have the endurance to slog through the pain to get the results. If you haven't done this, you'll do ok during bootcamp weekend, but you won't ground the concepts you learned on bootcamp if you don't keep going out consistently afterwards. Taking the bootcamp definitely gave me a kick in the ass and took my game to the next level. Tyler drove home the most important concept I already knew about but never applied: momentum. Always be approaching. He gave me great advice on my text game, which I fucking struggled with. He showed me how he gets physical really fucking fast, and how to stay self amused and not ping off the girl. But again, I'm going to be taking a lot from this bootcamp because I'll be going out every fucking night for 30 days after the bootcamp to ground these concepts. It's not a magic pill. It won't magically turn you into a pimp, that's your responsibility.

TL;DR RSD puts out quality products worth your money, but don't expect them to be magic pills.

I have been a little skeptical of RSD as of late. I did pay for their $300 hotseat and I did meet Tyler and Jeffy, but, you know, I'm starting to question inner game more, and starting to believe it's more of a hindrance than a benefit. I keep hearing let's get into state, fuck state, just go out and take action. I can see how how abundance mentality is being misinterpreted.

In fact I took three new guys out who had no idea what pick up was, didn't even know what the word AA meant, I took them all out on separate occasions. I didn't tell them what AA meant except for one, he became nervous and couldn't approach. The other one was also nervous but he approached after I spoke to him for a minute, and the third one was only nervous for 20 seconds and then approached.

Without knowing ANY pick up theory, the first one (a virgin) kclosed and fclosed her on a day2, the second one fclosed on his first approach - one night stand, and the third one stayed with her all night, and I didn't see what happened with him, but she was totally into him and he probably num closed her. What was common amongst all 3 guys? they never approached girls, ever.

All three of these guys had no idea of pick up theory, or body language, or any of that, two them didn't even know what AA was, and I didn't want to tell them what AA was because maybe that would mess up their minds.

I think thinking about inner game only messes up your inner game, it's a paradox.

How much of pickup theory do we really need? I think we only need 5 things 1) open 2) talk 3) escalate 4) isolate/venue change 5) logistics. Everything else is just fluff.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the impression I'm getting.

I've never been to hotseat, but the RSD free videos and articles that guys like Tyler Brad Alex etc put up have completely changed my life from quiet shy guy to expressive, social, extrovert. Considering the stuff they give away has been enough to change my life around, I assume the real life events are amazing. $2000 for a bootcamp to learn your mistakes is quite a lot.

I know that at least a few years ago, there were a lot of reports of misconduct and deceptive marketing (interviewing guys immediately after a bootcamp when they've pumped their emotional state) and the value not being all there.

Nowadays, I haven't heard one way or the other so I'm not qualified to comment.

They sell information freely available in psychology textbooks. Bootcamps in general won't help you out beyond some short-term success.
