Hello dudes!

I'm a student and work part time at ikea. There is this new HB8 (also student & part time worker) in the neighboring department. I've introduced myself and done some smalltalk with her and and a group of co-workers (all girls) and they all seemed to really like me. Then I made this STUPID MISTAKE! HB8 didn't work that day and I asked her colleague where she was. I did it in a flirty way and made my interest in HB8 very clear. I knew she was going to tell HB8 and it seemed like a fun experiment to use her as my "messenger". Since then, talking to the target in a group of co-workers is no problem but when I meet her face to face she's always in a hurry and seems slightly nervous. As if she was just waiting for me to "drop the bomb" on her.

I only see her 2 days a week at work, so I need to be time-efficient. What would be the best approach? Should I just cut the crap and ask for her number straight away?
