First of all, you need to own your own sexuality. Make strong eye contact, even when it becomes uncomfortable. Don't shy away from the fire. It's easier said than done.

Second, what really worked for me is to just flat out refuse. It's such an incredible waste of time to mill about being in love with your just-friends. I've come to actually love turning LJBF talks on their head:

"Sorry, but I have plenty of friends and I'm not really looking for more. Besides, it wouldn't be honest towards my feelings if I told you I was ok with just being your friend."

You have to get comfortable with the fact that you want to fuck girls, and then you have to get comfortable letting girls know that you want to fuck them (but do so in somewhat more subtle/eloquent/physical ways).

Stop being a nice guy. There's a point when "nice" becomes "supplicating pussy-shit." Doesn't mean you have to be an asshole, but you don't have to be nice. Historically, that's probably been one of my biggest problems. Just remember, nobody's counting on you to do shit for them. Do shit for yourself. That's what builds attraction, despite how illogical it may seem.
