play tic tac toe on a piece of paper, afterwards write "your shit" (yes with the typo) go from there, be playful, if she laughs out loud do a mock "shhhh" bust her balls yada yada call her a retard - make it fun!

This is going to seem obnoxious, but what I'd do is stretch my arms, lean back, and let out a very audible yawn. When she (and everyone else) looks at you, look back with a coy smile and whisper "was that loud?" Then you can invite her to go get a coffee or something.

It's very direct, somewhat humorous, and can weed out a girl who doesn't have a sense of humor. If she seems pissed that you interrupted her studying, she can't take a joke anyway.

Kino doesn't require talking. Also, you could whisper, "I need a break - come with me," and take her to a place where talking isn't forbidden. Whispering is a great excuse to get close to her and give her some incidental kino. Also, you could write flirty notes to each other.

Open a note book and on the side of the page write "Hi. :)", nudge and give her the pen.
