Seddit, I noticed that there wasn't much on grooming advice anywhere on this site. Taking care of yourself is a key to baseline seduction and is something I’ve spent some time on. I’d like to share with you some of the advanced grooming techniques/lessons I’ve been able to acquire over the years.

I initially wrote a ton of stuff and found that it wasn't fitting on the page well, so I broke it up into 4 parts:

Feet

I do triathlons, so if you run or are active (as you should be at this point) you need to get pedicures once every couple of months. I know what you are thinking. That’s sooo gay. It’s not. It’s alpha as fuck. Having someone massage and pamper your downtrodden feet is awesome. Highly recommend it. I’ve actually picked up girls at the salon I go to. Why? Because it’s a turn-on to girls if you maintain yourself.

Tip: Don’t get the clear polish. It’s unnecessary and women will laugh at you.

Net Message: Pedicures: Alpha. As. Fuck.

Deodorant

I’m a Mitchum man. I don’t get fancy with this. But if you sweat a lot. You might want to invest in proper stuff. If you think you smell, don’t mask that shit with cologne. You will smell like body odor AND cologne. And after a while you will stop smelling both smells because of olfactory fatigue But that won’t stop others from smelling you…

If you are working a ton, ALWAYS keep a travel size deodorant in your bag. If you want to hit happy hour, it ensures you are hitting on women, not their noses.

Net Message: While it may be true that women are turned on by the smell of sweat ,try to keep yourself dry during the day.

Cologne

I don’t use it often. Only on special occasions. One spray (maybe two). On the neck. That’s it. Cologne is an attention grabber but it shouldn’t be shared with anyone outside of your personal space. When you lean in to girl her cheek or get close to her at a club - that’s the only time she should smell it.
In finding a good cologne, first, you want to match the smell with the season. The warmer the season, the lighter the scent.

When trying on colognes, you need to spray and wait some time before purchasing. Colonge actually interacts with your individual body chemistry and will change smell after 30 minutes. So what may smell good on your friend might smell different on you.

God tier Cologne recommendation: Shantal by Creed

Net Message: Use Sparingly. We don’t live in fucking AXE commercials.
