It is not really that big of a loss either way. I would move on since it doesn't seem like you guys connected on a level... I think you made a mistake by asking her to do something with you without any reference to the previous encounter.

You gotta move on to the next one, they can't all be winners. Texting her again shows too much interest and too few options on your half. Learn from the experience and use that knowledge of what works on the next girl that comes along. Use this occasion as a confidence booster. Also, give a little more notice before plans (text on Monday to go out Tuesday). Actually, you should've asked if she wanted to come over and watch a movie as opposed to going out for one, especially seeing as she already came over once.

It's entirely possible that she simply missed your text because she was busy and just forgot to reply. You can send her another text, maybe tomorrow, asking her if she wants to do something again - it shouldn't come off as too desperate since you waited a couple of days.

Also, you should consider asking her to do something other than going to a movie. Movies are such a typical "date" thing to do, so it may have thrown her off, especially if she's just looking for someone to have fun with - there are a lot more fun things to do than see a movie. Ask her to meet you for a drink or something, and go from there.

I'd give up on her. It's just a girl from a concert who wanted to smoke and hook up for a night. If you REALLY feel the need to peruse her, then keep texting (but that'll make you seem desperate or clingy). Maybe say something like "Hey so do you wanna smoke?" or something along those lines, cause that seems like all she wants.

Next time tell her instead of asking. Also maybe needd to ping her first to see if the number was responsive. Probably wanted more when she was over before. I'd. Cool off then ping again after a few days.
