I have a couple different reads depending on how the night at the bar went down.

Read #1: If you established yourself as physically interested in either one of the LHBs while at the bar, then it's likely that they both know and have talked about it to each other. At this point, I'd say "fuck it" and escalate with one of them knowing that she'll have considered this happening earlier.

Read #2: (if you haven't established physical interest to the LHBs) is that she wants you, but she has enough reservations that she's unlikely to show blatant interest herself. She'll probably be receptive to you escalating kino, but she will also try to shift blame to you if her girlfriend finds out and gets upset. Could cause a lot of drama fast.

She never said (unless you left some part out) that they were exclusive, also said straight out that she's not just into girls. "Lesbian" couples playing w/ guys on the side isn't that uncommon. An ex-gf of mine who was bi always loved to quote some article she read about lesbians actually having more straight sex than straight girls do, just to fill the physical need for cock.
