Also, she can want to talk but is indifferent based on lack of attraction built. Meaning she's just wasting a few minutes and then is on to the next thing. Either see if you can build up the attraction if it seems worth your time, or move on and see if she makes another move.

Be more specific with your ideas. Instead of "lets grab drink this weekend" say "were going for drinks this saturday, i'll pick you up at 8".
